Who is responsible

Keystone Business Solutions is responsible for how your enquiry information is used. Contact info@keybizsolutions.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, organisation, email, service sector and support required. You can also provide a phone number, a message, contact preferences, callback availability and how you heard about us. Please do not include personal information about people receiving care or support.

Why it is used

We use these details to respond, understand your requirements, discuss a quote and arrange a call if requested. For business enquiries, the purpose is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients. Where you are personally requesting a service, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. Enquiring does not subscribe you to marketing.

Services used to handle your enquiry

Our website form sends your enquiry through FormSubmit for delivery to info@keybizsolutions.co.uk. FormSubmit processes the information you submit and provides spam protection. Its privacy terms describe its processing. Its documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Our email provider also processes the enquiry so we can respond.

Any enquiry previously submitted through our former Jotform form remains subject to Jotform’s privacy policy. The current website form no longer uses Jotform.

How long information is needed

Retention depends on whether the enquiry remains active, results in an engagement, or needs to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Providing an enquiry is voluntary; we need a way to contact you to respond. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information.

You can object to use of your information based on legitimate interests. Email info@keybizsolutions.co.uk to exercise your rights. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Decisions and marketing

The enquiry form does not make automated decisions about your eligibility for services. The optional referral question helps us understand how people find Keystone; it is not a marketing subscription.
